Access & Accounts

• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Payments

Prices are displayed on the Site at the time of purchase. Where applicable, taxes may be calculated and shown before you confirm payment. By submitting payment details, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable fees.

• Access to paid courses is typically granted after successful payment confirmation.
• You are responsible for any bank or card charges imposed by your provider.
• If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be paused until payment is resolved.

Refunds

• Include your purchase details and a brief explanation of the issue.
• We may offer a fix, replacement access, partial refund, or full refund depending on circumstances.

Fair Use

The Services include original educational content intended to help you deliver better interior painting outcomes. You may use course materials for your own projects and your internal teams, but you may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share them.

• No copying, screen recording, or re-hosting the videos or files for public or third-party access.
• No publishing course materials as your own or removing branding/attribution.
• No using the Services to create a competing training product based on our proprietary materials.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including course videos, written lessons, templates, logos, and design elements, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to you to use the Services, no rights are transferred.
